Our Indigenous Rights, Sovereignty & Self-Determination

Kawthra Six Clan Alliance members and people retain our rights as Original Indigenous Americans under Natural Law, Common Law, and international declarations.

Kawthra Six Clan Alliance members and people retain our rights as an Original Indigenous American under Natural Law, Common Law, and international declarations, including but not limited to:

  • The American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (ADRIP)
  • The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP)
  • H.CON.RES 331, recognizing American Indians as the original sovereigns of this land
  • Article III of the Northwest Ordinance (1787), affirming that Indigenous people cannot be deprived of their property, rights, or liberties without consent
  • UDHR Article 15
  • Worcester vs Georgia, Supreme Court ruling 31 US (6 pet.) 515 (1832)

We reject any misclassification that attempts to diminish or redefine our statuses outside of our rightful standing as an Original Indigenous American.

We assert our lawful right to self-identify, govern, and exist free from unlawful coercion, misclassification, or denial of status and identity by any corporate, municipal, state, or federal entity.

As stated in Article IV of the Northwest Ordinance (1787), We affirm our entitlement to due process in our own sovereign organization/government/peoples, protection from unlawful detainment, and recognition under just natural, international, and Indian laws.

We recognize our standing within our own Aboriginal American Community and reserve all rights, titles, and claims associated with our ancestry and lineage.

We have lived as peace keepers with tranquility contributing a positive impact to The USA Corporation/Republic entity through military, police, government, non-profit, scientific, and educational services and business through multiple generations, and will likely continue to do such, but

We do not relinquish, surrender, or waive any of our inherent rights, sovereignty, or self-determination under any foreign rule, yesterday/year, today, or for future generations.
